* Own and develop a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring they receive world-class service.
* Spot opportunities for growth - upselling and cross-selling IT solutions that add genuine value.
* Act as the go-to contact for your accounts, resolving queries and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Support renewals and negotiations, keeping retention rates high.
* Work closely with technical and service delivery teams to ensure seamless solutions.
