Cluster Residential Child Care Worker
Join Pebbles Care as a dedicated Cluster Residential Child Care Worker. Your role may vary each working day across a small cluster of homes, with various shift patterns to support holiday or training cover. You will provide support tailored to the young person's needs, either one-to-one or two-to-one.
Base Pay Range
A starting salary of £34,719.00 to £36,248.00 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience.
Responsibilities
* Drive children to and from school, appointments, and visits (a full UK manual driving licence is essential).
* Teach valuable life skills, including meal preparation and household chores.
* Create lasting memories through engaging activities, outings, and holidays.
* Support young people’s development and well‑being in a caring and therapeutic environment.
* Collaborate with the team on shift across multiple locations within a short journey of each other.
* Participate in induction and shadow shifts; learn Pebbles Way and therapeutic care model.

Desirable Qualities
* Up to 12 months experience working with children or young adults.
* Working towards or a desire to obtain SCQF Level 7 or Level 3 Diploma relevant to the residential workforce.
* Familiar with Codes of Practice set out by regulatory bodies.
* Existing PVG / DBS certificate.
