Howards Lowestoft is looking for a Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our high-performing, friendly team. You’ll receive fully funded training through the Spicerhaart Training Academy, giving you the skills, confidence, and industry knowledge needed to succeed from day one.
No experience required – we’re looking for attitude over background. If you’re enthusiastic, people-focused, and driven to achieve, we want to hear from you.

As a Sales Negotiator at Howards Estate Agents in Lowestoft, you will receive:
5. £32,000 OTE per year
6. Uncapped commission
7. Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday
