Fabric Engineer (Static Site)
Location: OX11 Postcode Area
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Fabric Engineer to join a major Facilities Management company on a static commercial site in the OX11 area. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a multi-skilled building maintenance background seeking stability, structured progression, and the benefits of working within a professional commercial environment.
The Role
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance across site fabric
* Complete reactive repairs and general upkeep tasks
* Basic carpentry, painting, patch plastering, and minor plumbing
* Door, lock, flooring, and ceiling tile repairs
* Assist with site inspections and compliance tasks
* Liaise with site teams and maintain accurate job reporting
* Participate in a call-out rota as required

About You
