Responsibilities
* Providing excellent Business Administration support to our clients and colleagues in a professional and innovative environment.
* Providing exceptional administration support including letters, reports, databases and online systems, with high level attention to detail.
* Completing tasks in a timely manner, within agreed SLA’s and dealing with urgent matters as they arise.
* Keeping online databases up to date.
* Professional and efficient interaction with clients either on the phone, in person or via email.
* Answering phones and dealing with queries in line with our firms’ standards.
* Providing PA support including arranging internal and external meetings, travel arrangements and time management assistance.
* Providing ongoing support to the partners and teams on departmental projects and reports.
* Ad hoc assistance to team members as required, no two days are ever the same.
* Providing front of house assistance and attendance at offices 5 days per week.
* Continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, sharing best practice and tips to help others work more efficiently, making best use of technology and resources available.
* Providing contingency cover across the Northwest region when necessary.

What We’re Looking For
* Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Good understanding of MS Office (specifically Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
* Ability to maintain effective working relationships.
* Professional telephone and personal manner.
* Ability to demonstrate initiative.
* Good standard of general education in Maths and English.
* Meticulous attention to detail.
