Technical Building Operations Surveyor Kent Permanent Kent Summary Deverellsmith are working with a leading developer, currently seeking a talented Technical Building Operations Surveyor to take ownership of their residential portfolio and drive industry-leading operational performance. This is a role for someone who wants accountability, influence, and the opportunity to shape how our buildings operate, from Practical Completion through to day-to-day excellence. You will be responsible for ensuring every building is compliant, safe, efficiently run, and ready for residents. You'll work closely with our Resident Experience Manager to balance operational discipline with an outstanding living experience. Responsibilities Building Operations & Compliance Own and maintain a live compliance calendar for all statutory requirements. Ensure inspections, certifications, and servicing are completed on time and fully auditable. Lead monthly compliance reviews and address any gaps immediately. Oversee building condition audits and track follow-up actions.Maintenance Delivery Run the full reactive maintenance process, ensuring SLA performance. Build and manage PPM schedules for all assets, including lifecycle planning. Coordinate works with the Maintenance Operative and approved suppliers.
