About the Role
As Assistant Manager, youll support the Store Manager and lead a high:performing team in a fast:paced, high:volume retail environment. Your role will focus on people leadership, performance management, and operational excellence : with clear progression opportunities into Store Management.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of a department and step up as Duty Manager when required Support the Store Manager in delivering KPIs: sales, shrinkage, and wage control Drive exceptional customer service and team engagement Oversee stock control, merchandising, and compliance standards Ensure Health and Safety procedures are always followed Analyse store data to identify areas for improvement and growth

Proven experience as an Assistant Manager (or similar level) in a fast:paced retail environment A hands:on leader who thrives on the shop floor and motivates others Strong organisational and communication skills Passionate about customer service and hitting targets Proactive and eager to develop into a future Store Manager
