We have a new opportunity based in Belfast for a proactive AV Support Specialist to act as the first point of contact for clients needing training or support. Working closely with Project Managers and technical teams, you will ensure systems run smoothly while building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail-oriented, and confident in managing multiple priorities. Our client, Northern Irelands leading provider of commercial Audio Visual (AV) solutions, delivers projects across the corporate, healthcare, education, and entertainment sectors. With a proven track record of growth and industry-leading expertise, they design and install cutting-edge systems including PA/audio, digital signage, interactive technology, video conferencing, and live event services. Key Responsibilities: 1. On-Site Support: Respond promptly to client requests for AV support, diagnosing and resolving issues with audiovisual systems at client locations. 2. Client Relationship Management: Maintain strong, professional relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust in our services as their primary point of contact for any support inquiries. 3. Training & Education: Conduct group training sessions for clients and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of AV systems. 4. Documentation & Records: Keep accurate records of client equipment, service history, and support interactions to ensure continuity and quality of service. 5. Remote Support: Handle incoming support calls and provide remote troubleshooting assistance for AV systems. 6. System Maintenance: Perform routine checks and maintenance on AV equipment to prevent issues and ensure optimal performance. 7. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and vendors to escalate and resolve complex technical issues. 8. Identify Sales Opportunities: Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities during client interactions. Essential Criteria 1. A minimum of one years experience in a comparable role. 2. Demonstrable proficiency in using IT software and tools. 3. Demonstrable experience of planning & supporting an IT or AV project. 4.
