An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead on the development and delivery of our AHP preceptorship programme and other postgraduate AHP education initiatives at UCLH.
As an HCPC registered AHP with relevant NHS service you will be responsible for the provision of a high quality learning experience for AHP preceptees, AHP preceptors and registered AHPs at UCLH.
The post holder will work with the AHP Education and Workforce Lead, AHP Leads and Practice Educators to continue to develop and deliver educational programmes to support the transition of student AHPs to Newly Qualified AHPs and post-registered staff at UCLH and to achieve key standards set by NHSE WTE. You will also engage with the North Central London (NCL) AHP faculty group, and NHS WTE in the London region
Main duties of the job
With experience of developing and delivering education and supporting learning in practice, the post holder will work collaboratively and engage with MDT colleagues and stakeholders to continue to design, deliver and evaluate the AHP Preceptorship Programme and other AHP education initiatives.
The post holder will be able to work independently and collaboratively, work to set priorities and manage time effectively. You will have strong communication, organisation and decision making skills and be able to deliver education programmes and presentations.
