Delivery Driver / Technician / Driver - Exeter
We are currently recruiting for Delivery Technician – Drivers, to join our busy and evolving transport team in our 2-person Home Delivery Network, working for a leading logistics company.
As a home delivery driver, you’ll be responsible for delivering products from the Warehouse/Distribution Centre to our customers residences; ensuring our products are delivered safely with an exceptional service.

Salary: £38,188.00
Shift Pattern: Working 4 days per week Wednesday – Saturday
Location: Cullompton EX15 1FA
Essential Skills
* Valid and in date LGV, HGV Class 2 licence or 7.5t licence
* Valid Digital Tachograph card
* An up-to-date Driver Qualification Card (Driver CPC)
* A good understanding of Drivers hours, legislation, and WTD
* No more than 6 points endorsed on your driving licence
* DBS required in which the company will provide
* Attention to details
* Ability to assess, lift and manage heavy items as part of a 2/3- or 4-person crew
Experience & Key Skills
* Clear and effective communication skills for conveying delivery information, addressing customer inquiries, and providing updates on delivery status
* Maintaining a professional demeanour throughout interactions with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
* Presenting oneself neatly, in a professional manner and adhering to company dress code policies
* Understanding the importance of delivering exceptional service and striving to exceed customer expectations
* Effective time management skills to ensure timely deliveries while adhering to delivery schedules and deadlines
* This role is hands on, it involves heavy lifting/handling and is full of variety. It is therefore essential that the successful applicant is capable to carry out this nature of work
* Flexibility in work hours may be required to accommodate operational needs and respond to emergencies or unplanned events outside of regular business hours
