This agency operates with a therapeutic approach, is rated Good by Ofsted, and has built an excellent reputation within the sector. Key Responsibilities: As a Supervising Social Worker, you will provide guidance and support to a small caseload of 7 fostering households across Kent and South London. The role does not involve completing Form F assessments, as the agency works with independent assessors for this.
