Job Title: Coordinator for Trainee Solicitors and Apprentices
We are seeking an individual to take on a key role in supporting and co-ordinating our Trainee Solicitors and Apprentices. The role would suit someone with experience in an administrative or co-ordination role, ideally within an HR, recruitment, or early careers environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Support our trainees and apprentices through their exams and qualifying work experience.
* Contribute to innovation and growth across Flex HQ.
* Provide administrative and coordination support across all Flex Trainee programmes.
* Monitor Flex’s apprenticeship programme, including attending reviews with apprentices and training providers.
* Maintain accurate records and reports for apprentices, interns, and trainees.
* Act as a central point of contact for those on Flex’s Trainee programmes, managing shared inboxes.
* Report to the Head of Trainee Success on programme activities, such as project updates, mentoring sessions, study progress, exam outcomes, and trainee journals.
* Take ownership of new initiatives and projects that enhance the Flex Trainee programme.
* Support the coordination and delivery of internship programmes.
* Assist with performance management processes including probation reviews and appraisals.
* Help coordinate interviews and assessment centres with the Talent team.
* Champion social mobility within the legal industry and support Flex’s mission to close the inequality gap.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, legal, or paralegal role.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Experience supporting diverse stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
* Ideally, experience in HR, recruitment, or early careers.
* A genuine interest in professional development and social mobility.
