This is a rare opportunity to join the Central Recruitment Team at Altogether Care—a family-owned organisation with over 35 years of supporting communities.
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator (ideally with social care experience) who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the heart of people-focused work. You’ll play a key role in attracting and supporting the right individuals into care careers, working closely with Registered and Operational Managers across the business.
From UK to international recruitment, you’ll help ensure every step of the process is smooth, compliant, and reflects our values—while making a genuine difference to the quality of care we provide.
You’ll need to be organised, adaptable, and confident managing multiple priorities, with the flexibility to support occasional weekends, bank holidays, and attend events representing Altogether Care.
What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating the full recruitment journey across care services
* Keeping our Care Friends “Refer a Friend” programme active and engaging
* Managing our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring everything is accurate, compliant, and up to date
* Supporting both UK and international recruitment, including sponsorship processes
* Building strong, trusted relationships with managers and understanding the challenges of social care recruitment
* Working closely as part of a supportive, collaborative team
* Delivering a positive, professional experience for every candidate and hiring manager
* Staying organised, positive and responsive in a fast-moving environment
* Ensuring all recruitment activity meets CQC, Home Office, and employment law requirements
* Identify staff retention as a key focus area, carrying out surveys and sharing insights and findings with managers
What you’ll bring
* Recruitment experience (social care would be a real advantage)
* Understanding or exposure to CQC, Home Office requirements, and HR law
* Strong organisation and the ability to prioritise effectively
* Confidence working at pace without losing attention to detail
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A flexible, proactive approach
* Full UK driving licence

£27,560.00 - £28,080.00 per year
