We are seeking a professional co-ordinator to join the Resilience and Security Team at Rolls-Royce Submarines. The role involves coordinating activities to support team collaboration and performance delivery, requiring excellent planning and time management skills.

The successful candidate will report to the Head of Resilience and Security and will coordinate all aspects of resilience and security for Rolls-Royce Submarines.

Responsibilities
* Prioritize emerging risks and deliverables through effective time management.
* Provide advanced administrative support for meetings and accountability tracking.
* Support compliance with Customer and Regulatory requirements, maintaining team KPIs and objectives.
* Coordinate the business continuity plan, managing risks and escalations.
* Assist with people management in line with policies and procedures.
* Manage visitor briefs and prepare reports and presentations.
* Support safety, security, and licensing requirements, including regulatory and emergency procedures.
Candidate Profile
