Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated watress / Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve serving drinks, preparing food, and maintaining the bar area to the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation.
Responsibilities
* Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously, ensuring a positive experience.
* Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, wines, and soft drinks, adhering to recipes and presentation standards.
* Assist with food preparation and serving, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
* Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory and assisting with ordering supplies as needed.
* Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.
* Handle cash transactions accurately using basic math skills.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to efficiently manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong hospitality skills with a focus on guest services and satisfaction.
* Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
* Basic culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial.
* Excellent time management abilities to handle busy shifts effectively.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £12.21-£15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 42 per week
