Robert Half are working exclusively with a fast-growing, multi-operation group in the South West seeking an Interim Management Accountant to support their UK finance team during an exciting period of growth.
This isn't just another finance role - you'll join a friendly, social, and high-performing team led by a brilliant manager who values collaboration and reward. You'll be at the heart of the business, getting involved in projects, system improvements, and providing insightful commercial support.
Interim Management Accountant - Bath (Hybrid, 2-3 days/week) - £200-£225/day via Umbrella
What you'll do:
1. Take ownership of month-end journals, reconciliations, and management accounts
2. Support budgeting, forecasting, cashflow, and working capital
3. Manage intercompany, multi-currency, and inventory accounting
4. Drive process improvements and project initiatives
What we're looking for:
5. Part-qualified / QBE / fully qualified
6. Strong month-end, reporting, and variance analysis experience
7. Experience in fast-moving or multi-brand environments
8. Confident communicator with advanced Excel + ERP skills (NetSuite desirable)
9. South West-based and able to work 2-3 days/week in Bath
