Internal Sales Tipton Monday- Friday 8.30am- 4.30pm Permanent £28,000- £32,000 Negotiable DOE Key Responsibilities: Serve as the first point of contact for all incoming sales enquiries, delivering prompt and professional responses. Maintain consistent communication with prospective and existing customers to manage enquiries and order details efficiently. Support the internal team in processing sales orders, ensuring customer requirements are accurately translated and fulfilled. Assist with marketing initiatives, both internally and through coordination with external partners. Generate detailed and accurate quotations for potential customers, ensuring a high standard of service and responsiveness. Monitor pricing and profit margins, implementing strategies to enhance profitability without compromising customer retention. Collaborate with management to develop and support annual sales and commercial budgets. Foster strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Liaise with external suppliers to enhance the company's value proposition through additional products and services. Identify and recommend new products to expand the company's portfolio and support revenue growth. Provide regular sales and commercial performance reports to management. Perform general administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the business.
