Job Title: CX Data Analyst
Location: London
Start Date: November
Duration: 6 Months - outside IR35.
Role
You’ll play a key role in ensuring data integrity and readiness for future-state systems, working closely with cross-functional teams to align business and technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Cleanse, transform, and reconcile data across multiple business domains.
* Prepare datasets for migration to new CRM and marketing platforms.
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Contract teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver high-quality, business-ready data.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of data quality and governance frameworks.
About You
* Proven experience with Sales, Marketing, Product, Commercial, and Contract data sets.
* Strong knowledge of data transformation and migration best practices.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence engaging senior business leaders.
* Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and data quality.
