Your new role
As an Accounts Senior, you will be responsible for preparing financial statements and tax returns for a range of clients, includingpanies, sole traders, and partnerships. Key duties include managing VAT returns, bookkeeping and management accounting services, while ensuringpliance with relevant standards. The role also involves mentoring junior staff, maintaining accurate records, and supporting audits, alongside general administrative support and adherence to internal policies.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for a confident, team-focused individual with experience in practice, ideally AAT qualified or qualified by experience. You’ll have a strong background in accounts preparation for limitedpanies and unincorporated businesses, befortable juggling deadlines, and enjoy working directly with clients. If you're organised, detail-driven, and quick to pick up new systems, you'll thrive here. Audit experience is a bonus, and strongmunication skills are a must.
