The Opportunity
Are you a Kitchen Team Leader or an experienced Kitchen Team Member who is ready to take the next step. As a Kitchen Team Leader you will play a pivotal role in our business success, whilst there will be an opportunity to develop your skills to enhance your career.
As a Kitchen Team Leader, do you have…
1. The ability to assist in supporting, coaching, and mentoring your team
2. A high standard of food knowledge and skill
3. An up-to-date COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal knowledge
4. A willingness to develop on a personal level whilst also helping propel the brigade forward at Danson Stables
Some of the things you will be doing as a Kitchen Team Leader
5. Assist in food preparation and collaborate with the Kitchen Manager
6. Produce high-quality dishes consistently to specification for our guests
7. Oversee and supervise the kitchen team in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
8. Assist with stock management, ordering and management of supplies.
9. Ensure the kitchen is in an excellent, clean and hygienic condition at all times.
10. Offer suggestions and creative ideas that can improve the kitchen’s performance.
11. lead the team to achieve company targets.

Our food menu is brimming with a range of British classics and inspired indulgences, and our drinks offer spans fine wines, spirits, cocktails and, of course, pale ales and craft beers, bringing Bexley Heath the best in regional, local and seasonal specials – including Bexley’s own beer! Whether our guests are joining us for pub lunch surrounded by glorious countryside, a pint by the fire pit in our secret garden, a large celebration or just a simple day out, Danson Stables is the perfect spot for it.
