Job Overview
We're looking for a site based Mechanical Engineer to deliver excellent service standards, meet SLA requirements, and keep our buildings operating safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
As a static Mechanical Engineer, you will:
Maintain and repair:
Plumbing systems
Ventilation systems (AHUs, extract/intake)
Heating and cooling systems (thermal wheels, FCUs)
Water assets (booster sets, calorifiers, water heaters)
Deliver high‑quality service and respond effectively to client queries.
Identify and report defects, ensuring all documentation, inspection reports, remedial logs, etc. are completed accurately and on time.
Carry out manual tasks including working at height.
Adhere to all Health & Safety, Permit to Work, and safe‑system‑of‑work procedures.
What We're Looking For
Experience working in Maintenance or Facilities Management.
Relevant mechanical qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds Level 2/3 or equivalent).
Strong understanding of Health & Safety requirements.
IT literate with confidence using mobile devices for workflows and reporting.
Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
