The Wellbeing Service is part of the national IAPT programme, supporting individuals aged 16 and over in Suffolk with mild to moderate anxiety and depression.
You will be accredited with BABCP or working towards accreditation.

The service is expanding and collaborates closely with community colleagues to support those with Long Term Conditions, providing evidence-based psychological treatments and strengthening links with physical health partners. Additional training in Long Term Conditions will be provided.
Main duties of the job
You will deliver high-intensity interventions to adults with anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. Regular supervision, in-service training, and CPD days will support your development. You will join an established team of Psychological Therapists providing NICE-compliant treatments at Step 3, working within a multidisciplinary team.
Experience in Primary Care is advantageous. You may co-facilitate group interventions, with training and support provided.
As a Band 7 therapist, you will contribute to service development and evaluation.
The role is based in Ipswich or Bury St Edmunds, with the expectation to work across Suffolk. Treatments are currently delivered digitally/remotely and face-to-face, with a hybrid working model.
