Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting for a SEMH secondary school situated in Salford M30. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic teacher to work in a mixed-age SEMH provision. This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs, which make mainstream education challenging for them.
Role Overview:
* Work with a range of abilities within a small, mixed-ability KS3 class.
* Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to create a cohesive and engaging classroom environment, ensuring the maximisation of each student's potential.
* Temp to perm role, with the possibility of transitioning to a school contract after a successful trial period.
Details:
* Stretford-based SEMH School, easily accessible by bus, train, or car.
* PAYE on a weekly basis on Timesheets through Teaching Personnel (no umbrella company or agency fees).
* Permanent, full-time role with an ASAP start.
* Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale (£28,000 – £43,685).
* Registration with Teaching Personnel required.
* Opportunity to move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period.
