2. Own and drive the vision and strategy for your Community of Practice (CoP), fostering empowerment, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
3. Implement best practices, tools, and frameworks for efficient integration delivery.
4. Collaborate with agile delivery leaders, product owners, and technical leads to align capabilities with business needs.
5. Stay involved in work to support or deliver value, keeping your practice grounded and evolving.
6. Manage training plans to prepare your community for current and future challenges.
What you’ll bring:
1. A proven track record in leading engineering teams or practices, preferably in agile change or transformation environments.
2. Expertise in MuleSoft or similar platforms, with recognized certifications.
3. Experience in coaching, capability development, and community building.
4. Ability to influence and collaborate across the organisation.
5. A passion for high standards, innovative working methods, and continuous learning.
6. Understanding of the DORA metrics for software delivery performance.
This is your chance to make a significant impact—develop others, shape integration capabilities, and contribute to a purpose-led organisation that prioritises people.
