As
Senior Marketing Executive
, you'll be the creative spark and strategic driver behind Catgill Farm and Howgill Lodge. From viral TikToks and big-impact email campaigns to partnerships, events, and bold new guest experiences, you'll be telling our story and filling our luxury glamping accommodation all year round.
You'll work across both stunning sites in the Yorkshire Dales (camera in hand, coffee in the other), with the freedom and responsibility to bring your ideas to life.
What you'll do
* Run inspiring multi-channel campaigns that turn ideas into bookings.
* Create scroll stopping content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and beyond.
* Boost occupancy and revenue through smart use of, Airbnb, and Pitchup.
* Shape pricing strategies, seasonal offers, and irresistible packages.
* Design creative assets (from signage to video edits) using Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
* Bring events to life, from Alpaca Yoga and dog shows to unique seasonal experiences.
* Keep our website fresh (WordPress) and SEO performing
* Track performance with Google Analytics and turn insights into action.
* Build partnerships, referral schemes, and collaborations with local businesses and influencers.
* Step in front of the camera to bring the brand to life.
What we're looking for
* Outgoing and friendly, with a proven experience in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
* A strong commercial mindset, you know how to turn campaigns into revenue.
* Efficient and proactive, able to deliver high-quality work quickly and keep projects moving at pace.
* Creative flair plus technical skills in Canva, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.
* Confident with WordPress and digital tools.
* Data driven with strong analytical skills.
* An excellent communicator who can juggle multiple projects with ease.
* Full UK driving licence and your own vehicle (travel between sites required).
* A genuine passion for hospitality, travel, and creating memorable guest experiences.
