Shift Patterns: 7am3pm, 8am4pm, 9am5pm, 1pm9pm
Salary: £15.45 per hour
Location: Penny Brohn UK National Centre on the outskirts of Bristol, BS20.

The role
We are delighted to be recruiting a Chef on a zero-hour basis. We are seeking an experienced individual who can work independently in our kitchen, preparing nutritious meals for clients and staff. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a calm, supportive environment and can confidently manage kitchen operations when working solo.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve meals in line with dietary requirements and centre standards.
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness.
Manage stock, ordering, and overall kitchen organisation.
Work independently and take initiative during service.
Support occasional events and catering requests.
Candidates should have proven experience as a chef in a similar setting with the ability to work independently and manage kitchen operations. They will have a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) and be available to work flexibly across weekdays, evening and weekends.

Interview: A first stage interview will be held at the Penny Brohn UK National Centre (date to be advised) with successful candidates invited to attend a taster shift in the Penny Brohn kitchen .
