Exterior Cleansing Operative (Full-Time, Permanent)

DS McG Ltd is seeking a reliable and motivated Exterior Cleansing Operative to join our growing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is based at a retail park in the Loanhead area.
With over 20 years' experience delivering high-quality services across Central Scotland, DS McG Ltd offers a stable and supportive working environment within a well-established and expanding company.
Working Pattern
* Days: 6 days per week to include all day Sunday (11 hours)
* Hours: Sunday 11 hours, 5 other days at 5.5 hours PM
* Total: 38.5 hours per week
* Worked all year round
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Litter picking shop frontages and associated landscaped areas
* Emptying on-site bins and replacing liners
* Sweeping and brushing shop frontages, including leaf clearance
* Removing weeds from hard surfaces and shrub beds
* Reporting site issues such as trip hazards, damaged drains, or other defects
About You
The ideal candidate will:
* Be reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
* Be able to work independently
* Take pride in maintaining clean and safe environments
* Have previous outdoor or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
