We're looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to help keep our HR processes running smoothly and ensure every colleague has a great experience. If you love organising, supporting others and improving systems, you'll thrive here.

What You'll Do
Coordinate staff training and CPD
Support managers with mandatory training compliance
Maintain accurate HR MIS records
Prepare HR data and reports
Support staff forums, surveys & HR meetings
Book BSL interpreters and arrange BSL translations
Manage the HR shared inbox as first point of contact

What You'll Bring
Strong admin experience & excellent attention to detail
Ability to juggle tasks and handle confidential information
Great communication skills
Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, MIS)
Commitment to Level 3 HR/Business Admin + BSL Level 1 (training provided)
