What You'll Do
Coordinate staff training and CPD
Support managers with mandatory training compliance
Maintain accurate HR MIS records
Prepare HR data and reports
Support staff forums, surveys & HR meetings
Book BSL interpreters and arrange BSL translations
Manage the HR shared inbox as first point of contact
What You'll Bring
Strong admin experience & excellent attention to detail
Ability to juggle tasks and handle confidential information
Great communication skills
Confident IT skills (Word, Excel, MIS)
Commitment to Level 3 HR/Business Admin + BSL Level 1 (training provided)
