Graduate / Entry-Level Bid & Content Executive
Location: Armley, Leeds
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 + £5,000 bonus (paid quarterly)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 17:00 (office-based)

Candidate should have a naturally imaginative and creative mindset, combined with excellent written communication skills. No prior bid writing experience is required—just the right attitude, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
About the Role
Recruiting for a Bid and Content Executive to join a small, dynamic team within a growing facilities management business specialising in soft services. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early‑career individuals with strong writing skills who want to develop within a creative, commercial environment.
Play a key role in supporting the business to secure new contracts across public and private sectors, working on high‑value bids with well‑known UK and international brands.
Key Responsibilities
* Drafting, editing, and proofreading high‑quality bid responses
* Tailoring submissions to meet client specifications and evaluation criteria
* Managing deadlines and coordinating multiple bid submissions
* Maintaining and updating the bid content library
* Collaborating with subject matter experts to gather key information and best practice examples
About You
* Degree educated (essential)
* Strong written and communication skills
* GCSE English (Grade C / Level 5 or above)
* Creative, detail‑oriented, and highly organised
* Able to use initiative and manage workload effectively
* No prior bid writing experience required – full training provided
