Role Description
As a Supervisor Administrative Support at Ashchurch, you will provide essential administrative support to first‑line management, ensuring the smooth running of our operational organisation. Your attention to detail and organisational skills will enhance site efficiency and staff experience. Day‑to‑Day Responsibilities
* Liaise with HR Administration to deliver a joined‑up service
* Deliver site inductions for new starters
* Create and issue briefs to Supervisors and Workshop Managers
* Support departmental administration tasks to ensure smooth operations
* Maintain accurate records and documentation
Essential Experience
* Experience in administrative or office support roles
* Strong organisational and time‑management skills
* Ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
Qualifications
* Minimum Level 2 in the National Qualification Framework (e.g., Intermediate apprenticeship, Level 2 NVQ, GCSE Grade A*-C, or equivalent workplace experience)
Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain a Security Check (SC) security clearance. National security clearance and trade control restrictions may affect eligibility based on place of birth, nationality, citizenship, or residency.
