What you will do
* Provide crucial support and advocacy, including assisting with referral forms, negotiating with providers, attending appointments, and making proactive communications on behalf of those on probation.
* Deliver advice, guidance, and information in various formats, ensuring that it empowers individuals on probation to act independently with the right knowledge.
* Conduct interventions that empower and equip individuals on probation, aiding them in managing their dependency and recovery needs.
