Quality Control Analyst – Life Sciences / Fine Chemicals

A growing fine chemical manufacturer is seeking a Quality Control (QC) Analyst to join its Quality, team. The QC analyst will report into the QC Lead, this role is essential in maintaining high-quality standards through routine and non-routine chemical analysis to support production and research activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, and titration techniques.
* Prepare samples, document results
* Support method development, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenance.
* Collaborate with QC, R&D, and production teams to resolve analytical and process issues.
* Maintain a safe laboratory environment in line with company procedures.
* Assist with documentation review, including SOPs and technical records.
* Provide cover for the QC Lead during absence.
Requirements
* Hands-on experience with GC, HPLC, FTIR, KF, and titrations.
* Strong IT skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
* 1–2 years of experience in quality control / Analytical chemistry
