I'm recruiting an exceptional Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading the culinary direction of a prestigious country hotel celebrated for its elegant dining and outstanding guest experience. This is a superb opportunity for a creative and commercially astute chef to take full ownership of the kitchen, delivering refined, seasonal menus while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, and presentation.
You will be responsible for leading and inspiring the brigade, working with the Head Chef to manage kitchen operations and costs, and working closely with senior management to drive the food offering forward across restaurant, private dining, and events.
