Job Description:
The Marketing Manager will work closely with the Global Brand Marketing Manager, Director of Marketing, and the General Manager to plan and maintain the brand identity through strategic planning and activation. Responsibilities include executing marketing activities to support Shanghai Me London, creating content briefs, proposing marketing and social media calendars, supporting event execution, overseeing digital campaigns, liaising with various teams, and managing external agencies. The role requires organization, flexibility, creativity, and a strong understanding of the F&B industry and London’s dining scene.
Responsibilities:
1. Create content briefs for marketing activations.
2. Propose a localized marketing calendar.
3. Support restaurant activation events and private dining events, ensuring seamless communication.
4. Develop social media strategies and oversee digital campaigns to enhance brand awareness and loyalty.
5. Coordinate with brand and operation teams to meet business needs.
6. Assist in developing brand collateral and maintaining brand tone across platforms.
7. Respond to guest messages across platforms.
8. Manage relationships with graphic designers, PR, and digital marketing agencies.
9. Maintain records of challenges and achievements through monthly reports.
10. Ensure brand standards are consistently met.
11. Coordinate photoshoots and videoshoots.
12. Prepare monthly reports including social media, PR, and digital marketing metrics.
13. Maintain 4-5 years of experience in Brand/Marketing, preferably within F&B.
14. Proficiency in relevant languages and tools such as Microsoft Office, Mailchimp, Canva.
15. Possess a hospitality/F&B background and understanding of London’s F&B scene.
16. Work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail.
17. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively.
18. Educational background in marketing is preferred.
Knowledge and interest in F&B, branding, and marketing are essential, with a willingness to learn more.
