Job Description
An interim HR Advisor to:
3. Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures
4. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
5. Participate in the recruitment process, including posting jobs and conducting interviews
6. Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies
7. Coordinate training and development initiatives
8. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation
9. Participate in performance evaluation processes
10. Comply with all statutory regulations
The Successful Applicant
The successful HR Advisor should have:
11. Comprehensive understanding of HR procedures and policies
12. Education experience
13. Proficiency in employment law
14. Able to start immediately
15. CIPD Level 5 desirable
