Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and well-planned lessons during teachers’ PPA time, supporting learning across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners, ensuring inclusion and differentiation.
* ️ Maintain positive behaviour management and create a calm, focused learning environment.
* Support pupil progress monitoring and contribute insights to class teachers.
* Work collaboratively with teaching teams, SENCOs, and support staff to ensure continuity of learning.
* Lead group interventions or whole-class sessions aligned with the school curriculum.
* Assist with enrichment activities and support wider school initiatives as needed.

Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) obtained in 2024 or 2025 – ECTs strongly encouraged to apply!
* Enthusiastic about education and committed to developing professionally.
* ♀️ Adaptable, calm under pressure, and proactive in your approach to teaching.
* Good knowledge of the primary curriculum and keen to learn and grow.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
