Compliance Administrator
Location: Rugby
Hours: 08:00 – 16:30, Monday to Friday
Salary: £26,208 – £27,654.11 per year (depending on HSE experience)
Contract: Permanent
We have a new opportunity for an experienced administrator to join a busy factory in the Rugby area on a full-time, temp-to-perm basis.
This is an office-based role (not hybrid), working within a very small, close-knit team.
Your main responsibility will be to provide administrative support to the HSE department, assisting with compliance, updating records, preparing for internal audits, maintaining noticeboards, and raising POs.
It’s a computer-heavy role, but there will also be plenty of face-to-face meetings and some presentations involved.
There will be other duties as required, but it’s important to note that this is primarily an admin/support position, so we do need someone who is confident in that environment.
The ideal candidate will:
1. Live locally to Rugby
2. Have a background in administration (ideally with experience in compliance or HSE)
3. Be fully computer literate
4. Be energetic, approachable, and a great team player
