Responsibilities of the Team Manager Property Compliance officer role:
* Liaisie with contractors and stakeholders to allow projects to be run efficiently and in line with compliance regulations
* Manage a team effectively to ensure professional growth and a high standard of work throughout
* Cyclical maintenance programmes are all in place to keep properties in good condition as well as being compliant with any legislations
* Carry out site visits and overseeing the delivery high quality service checks
* Ensuring all actions are compliant with the budget of the local council
Key skills needed for the Team Manager Property Compliance officer role:
* Must be P405 asbestos qualified
* Demonstrated experience within programme and contract management
* Technically efficient with modern technology
* Strong background in effective communication with customers
* Strong leadership skills and management skills
