36 Hours per week
Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.15pm, Friday: 8.00am to 4.00pm
Term Time Plus one week (including Inset Days)
Salary: Grade PO2, Point 29-32, £37,115 - £39,702 per annum (£42,768 - £45,750 FTE)
We require a Head of Year – Well Being Lead to take a strategic lead in developing and evaluating pastoral care and support for students across an assigned Year Group. Candidates should have a clear vision for successful achievement, guidance and behaviour for learning, be able to make a contribution to whole school development and ensure each student within a Year Group are positively encouraged to develop their full potential.
You will have the ability and enthusiasm to:
1. Lead the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of students.
2. Monitor progress and implement interventions to ensure al students attain and achieve to the best of their ability.
3. Lead the pastoral support for the Year Group working with Form Tutors and other internal and external agencies.
