We’re looking for three proactive and customer-focused Income Account Managers to join our Income Services Team. This is a rewarding role where you’ll help customers manage their rent, prevent arrears, and sustain tenancies while delivering an excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of rent and leaseholder accounts
* Support customers in arrears with advice, repayment plans, and signposting
* Work with partner agencies to help sustain tenancies and reduce evictions
* Take recovery action in line with policy, including court attendance
* Maintain accurate records and deliver strong performance outcomes
About You
* Experience in income recovery, debt management, or a similar role
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Able to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
* Knowledge of welfare benefits or housing is desirable
* Customer-focused, empathetic, and resilient
