This is a permanent HLTA position starting in September 2024. The successful HLTA will play a key role in supporting teaching and learning across the school, working closely with teachers to deliver engaging and effective lessons. HLTA - Key Responsibilities: Supporting class teachers in the delivery of high-quality lessons. Leading small group interventions and providing one-on-one support to students as needed. Assisting in the planning and preparation of learning activities. Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment. Covering classes in the absence of the teacher when required. About You: HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. Previous experience working in a primary school setting.
