Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Senior Director of Leasing and Trading in the acquisition, sale, and lease deployment of commercial aircraft and engines, with a primary geographic focus on EMEA.
* Identify aircraft and engine leasing and trading opportunities and prepare market reports.
* Contribute to deal analysis, internal reporting, and transaction documentation as required.
* Support all commercial, analytical, and transactional activities related to leasing and trading transactions.
* Support marketing efforts (sales, leases) for portfolio of aircraft and engines.
* Develop a strong understanding of the company’s broader capabilities and services to enhance business development opportunities.
* Maintain contact profiles and customer requirements.
* Promote cross‑selling initiatives to strengthen and expand customer relationships.
* Self‑starter with a strong desire to succeed through teamwork and support of group objectives.
* High level of professionalism and discretion, with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Education And Experience
* At least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar aviation leasing or trading, fleet management or pricing/analyst role.
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Abilities And Skills
* Demonstrates strong potential to achieve results with increasing levels of autonomy and decision‑making responsibility.
* Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, writing, and reporting skills.
