Due to growth, we're looking for experienced remote telesales professionals to join our team.
The Role
You will be:
Qualifying homeowners for solar consultations
Delivering a structured "bill swap" pitch
Handling objections confidently
Booking qualified appointments for surveyors/closers
Updating CRM accurately
What We're Looking For
Proven telesales experience (solar or home improvement preferred)
Confident, articulate communicator
Strong objection handling skills
Target-driven and money-motivated
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Experience in solar, boilers, insulation, or finance-based sales is highly desirable.
