About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team. You will oversee multiple projects across residential and commercial sectors, ensuring high standards of delivery, cost control, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full contract lifecycle, from tendering to completion, across diverse projects.
Oversee project budgets, valuations, and procurement processes.
Liaise closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitor compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within construction.
Strong commercial acumen and budget management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
