We are looking for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager with strong CRM and CMS ownership experience. This is not a content-led role, it is a performance-led position focused on measurable enquiry generation and ROI. About the role We are introducing a brand new role within the business for a commercially driven Digital Marketing Manager who will take full ownership of our CRM and CMS platforms. This is a performance-led position with clear accountability for enquiry generation, conversion optimisation and return on investment. You will shape our digital infrastructure, implement robust tracking and attribution, and provide senior leadership with clear, commercially focused insight. This is not a content-led role. It is a systems-driven, results-focused opportunity with genuine influence across the organisation. Essential Experience 5 years’ experience in digital marketing, including at least 3 years owning and managing a CRM platform Hands-on experience with CRM systems including automation, workflows, segmentation and attribution Proven track record of improving conversion rates and generating measurable enquiries Management and optimisation of a CMS-driven website as a lead-generation platform Strong working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and performance dashboards Experience implementing accurate end-to-end tracking and attribution models Email marketing campaign management with demonstrable performance improvement Experience maintaining high data integrity and GDPR compliance Desirable Experience within property, professional services or a multi-location business Experience in training and supporting colleagues CRM/CMS implementation or migration experience Qualifications Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or related field, or equivalent commercial experience Relevant certifications (Google Analytics, CRM accreditation, CIM) advantageous Personal Attributes Analytical and commercially focused Systems-oriented with strong attention to detail Accountable and results-driven Confident presenting data at senior and board level Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insight Good communicator and problem solver
