Overview
Machine Operators – Leeming Bar, Northallerton
Salary: £14.50 to £16.50 per hour plus overtime (dependent on experience)
Responsibilities
* Carry out pre-start up checks on the production line at the beginning of each shift
* Monitor the line throughout the shift and make on-going and routine adjustments to the machines
* Be involved in product change-overs and overall machine performance
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience desirable but not essential; full training will be provided in machine operation within food manufacturing
* Demonstrate a good attitude and willingness to learn and succeed
* Flexible approach to rotational shift work
* Successful track record of working under pressure within a manufacturing environment
* Interest in developing skills and pursuing career progression in this role
