We're now looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join the team! As a budding infrastructure engineer with a hunger to learn new concepts and ideas you will support in the implementation and maintenance of the Conferma platform infrastructure and associated services. This includes a combination of private and public cloud-based servers, storage, networks, and security elements. You will show strong aptitude for technical troubleshooting and the ability to understand technical decisions to ensure confidentiality, integrity & availability of all the environments you help support. The responsibilities include: Providing internal and external technical support for Conferma data centre and cloud platforms Undertaking platform networking & infrastructure administration across a geographically diverse environment Assist with project workstreams on platform systems and infrastructure enhancements Monitoring all platform resources, helping identify potential problems and responding as appropriate Working with development & CI/CD engineering teams to support solutions underpinned by cloud-first technologies Providing technical support for Conferma IT systems & hardware as required What you'll have: Overall technical experience in a IT support role with knowledge of Infrastructure An understanding of network security solutions and appliances such as Azure firewalling, traditional firewalling or WAF & DDoS Protection services Excellent communication skills Great problem solving skills Exposure to cloud environments, preferably Microsoft Azure Background in administration of Active Directory, Entra & related technologies (Desirable) Benefits at Conferma: At Conferma we understand that our people are what make us great.
