Admin Assistant
Length: 8 weeks
Rate: £15 per hour via umbrella company
Location: Waterside, London (3 days per week onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry & Management
Accurately input and update financial data on internal systems and databases.
High attention to detail as consistency and correctness is key.
Maintain digital tracker of invoices in partnership with commercial and financial teams.
Invoicing & Financial Administration
Prepare, issue, and record invoices in a timely manner.
Liaise with internal teams and depots to resolve discrepancies or queries.
Assist with financial team to allow correct reporting.
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the team, including data validation and maintenance.
Support internal reporting by compiling and formatting data for management.

Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative or finance support role.
Familiarity with invoicing processes and financial documentation.
Experience working with databases or financial systems is a plus
