Business Development Executive (Energy)
Manchester
£27,000-£30,000 (OTE £60,000 - £70,000) + Uncapped Commission + Gym + Incentives + Progression
Are you a driven sales professional with B2B experience, looking for a high-energy, target-driven role where you can maximise your earnings and progress quickly?

In this role, you will generate new business through outbound calling, build and manage your own pipeline, and close energy contracts with SME and commercial clients. You will engage decision-makers, present tailored energy solutions, and drive deals from first contact through to close.
This role would suit a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or Telesales professional with B2B experience, looking for a fast-paced sales role with strong earning potential and progression.
The Role
Generate new business through outbound calls and outreach
Build and manage a pipeline of SME/commercial clients
Present and sell energy contracts (electricity & gas)
Negotiate and close deals to hit revenue targets
Office-based role (Manchester - Cheetham Hill) The Person
Proven B2B sales or telesales experience (minimum 2 years)
Confident cold caller with strong closing ability
Target-driven with a competitive mindset
Strong communication and negotiation skills
