The team advises on the full spectrum of private capital transactions, including private M&A, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, restructurings, and secondary transactions. Clients include major private equity sponsors, asset managers, and global financial institutions. The practice is known for its bespoke, high-quality deal approach and strong partner-led training.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
* Draft and negotiate transaction documents under partner supervision.
* Conduct due diligence and assist with deal structuring.
* Collaborate with colleagues across corporate, finance, and funds teams.
